Where are training sessions held?
Sessions are held at a dedicated San Francisco training location. Alternative locations, such as your home, residential gym, or outdoor spaces, may be accommodated when appropriate.
What are the differences between Group and Partner training?
Group Training Partner Training Who pays? Each participant purchases their own package separately One payment covers both participants under a shared package If someone doesn't show? Your package is not affected — you only use a session when you attend The session is deducted from the shared package regardless of attendance Participants fixed? No — group composition may vary session to session Yes — two designated participants are fixed for the duration Best for Flexible schedules; independent billing Couples, family, or committed training partners with aligned goals What happens if someone doesn't show up for Group or Partner training?
Group: Only the attending participant uses a session — your package is not affected by another client's absence.
Partner: The session is deducted from the shared package even if only one participant attends, since the session is booked and held regardless.
Can I reschedule a session?
Trainer-initiated reschedules will always be accommodated. Client cancellations require 24-hour advance notice to avoid loss of the session. Late cancellations or no-shows result in forfeiture of that session.
Can I pause or freeze my package?
Freeze requests may be approved on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances. Please reach out directly to discuss your situation.
How long do I have to use my sessions?
Sessions are intended to be completed within the listed expiration period for each package (30 days for most packs; 45 days for the Partner 12-pack; 60 days for the Partner 16-pack). Extensions may be approved on a case-by-case basis.
Why do Group and Partner training options exist?
Different clients thrive under different structures. Both options provide the same coaching quality — the difference is structure, flexibility, and pricing model.
Group training offers maximum flexibility and independent billing, ideal for clients with variable schedules. Partner training provides built-in accountability and is great for couples, family members, or committed training partners.
Why do the prices differ across training types?
Clients are not simply paying for an hour of time — pricing reflects how the session is structured, who shares responsibility, and how much individualization is involved.
Training Type Flexibility Commitment Master 1-1 Full — all decisions are yours alone Individual only; fully personalized every session Group High — participants may vary session to session Each person pays and attends independently Partner Moderate — fixed pair; sessions deducted for both Shared payment and scheduling responsibility What is the Single package option?
The Single option is a weekly auto-pay plan that allows 1–4 sessions per week, billed weekly. Your total weekly cost depends on how many sessions you train that week. It's best for clients who want week-to-week flexibility, no upfront pack commitment, and consistent training without a monthly lock-in.
How is a Single package different from the 4, 8, 12, or 16 session packs?
Packs (4/8/12/16) are invoiced, paid in advance, and have a 30-day expiration (45 or 60 days for larger Partner packs). They are not auto-pay. The Single option is weekly, auto-renews, and sessions are used within that week — no rollover.
Why is the Single option the same per-session price as the 4-pack?
Keeping the same per-session rate ensures pricing stays consistent and fair across options while allowing clients to choose the structure that fits them best. The Single option offers weekly flexibility with auto-pay; the 4-pack is invoiced and paid in advance with a 30-day expiration.
Can I change how many sessions I do in a week on the Single option?
Yes — you can adjust your session count within the 1–4 sessions per week range on a week-to-week basis.
Is there a fee for paying by credit or debit card?
Yes. All credit and debit card payments are subject to an approximately 3% processing fee to cover card processing costs.
Why is there a card processing fee?
Credit and debit card transactions are subject to third-party processing fees charged by payment networks and processors. This fee reflects those costs and allows card payments to remain a supported option.
Is the processing fee charged on every card payment?
Yes. The ~3% processing fee applies to all transactions paid by credit or debit card, regardless of amount.
Are there payment options without a processing fee?
Yes. Apple Cash (not Apple Pay), Zelle, and Venmo do not incur a card processing fee and are the preferred payment methods.
Why can't I pay by Apple Pay?
Apple Pay typically processes payment through a linked credit or debit card, which incurs card network processing fees. Apple Cash uses a stored balance or direct bank transfer and does not involve card networks — which is why Apple Cash is accepted but Apple Pay is not.
